Mushrooms

I love mushrooms. I love to eat them, and I love to take pictures of them. :)

Unfortunately, I don't know enough about them to identify them growing in the wild, and I'm totally paranoid that I would make a mistake identifying one and poison myself, so the only ones I eat come from the store.

I'm not sure what these are, but I was really pleased with this photo:

I have tentatively identified these as "coprinus comatus" mushrooms. There is more information about them here and here.

Vineyard Tour - Le Cep D'Argent

Hanu and I took a tour of a local winery, Vignoble le Cep d’Argent in Magog, Qc.

We took a tour of the facilities which concluded with samples of several of the wines produced by the vineyard. We both thoroughly enjoyed the tour (which was very informative).
